Staff associated with the company's success

The LGM Group develops a motivating remuneration policy, based on the acknowledgement of skills and performance. Our individual direct remuneration packages are supplemented by a differed remuneration made up of:

  • A legal programme redistributing profit in the form of a participation;

  • A programme implemented by the LGM Group on its own initiative to associate staff with the development of the LGM Group and its results in the form of profit sharing.

The staff can also save these amounts in a Perco account to build up a retirement capital or allowance.

Organisation

We support flexibility in the organisation of work, in order to achieve a fair balance between occupational activity and personal life.


In 2018, the LGM Group decided to participate in the Great Place to Work survey to obtain the corresponding certification. The company ranks 20th among French companies, in the 500 to 5000 staff category. Through this survey, we identified the improvement paths requested by the staff in the company's operation, their working environment, and other projects.


In 2020, LGM Group decides to renew its participation and this time it moves up to the 8th place in the 1000 to 2500 employees category!

Training

Our employees benefit from relevant on-going training throughout their professional life to develop their skills and support their professional development. Each year during the annual interview, employees benefit from a special opportunity to express any career aspirations and define the associated action, which may include training.


We have many training programmes.

  • Classroom training is offered and led by training organisations or internal trainers. Indeed, many of our training programmes run internally, notably thanks to the fact that we are very lucky to have an internal training team.

  • SKILLS UP, our online training platform, offers e-learning modules, videos, MOOCS and learning material relating to technical but also more transverse subjects.

  • Method meetings are opportunities for discussion, which are set up by and for our staff, on issues relating to our businesses, market sectors or specific techniques. Open to all and held at our different sites, they bring together many passionate employees.
