W/M equality index
LGM Group's management is committed to the implementation of a global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
More particularly, this is demonstrated by the monitoring of the Woman-Man equality index.
The Woman-Man equality index was implemented to help companies to measure their practices. This index evaluates corporate practises through a score out of 100, based on 5 criteria:
- Woman-Man remuneration gap
- Individual raises distribution gap
- Distribution gap on promotions (in companies with more than 250 staff members)
- Number of employees with a pay rise when returning from maternity leave
- Parity among the top 10 salaries

Public authorities have set the minimum score as being 75 points out of 100

To guarantee and improve these encouraging results, the LGM Group will maintain its actions on
- Annual measurement of salary increases
- Awareness building in managers, and control of pay rise campaigns
- Monitoring and support of returns from maternity leave
- Awareness building and support of managers in consideration of Woman/Man equality in the recruitment and promotion processes
